Three initiatives. One mission. One future.
On the 9th of March 2026, the Prophet Jerome Fernando Charity Foundation reached another meaningful milestone, the official launch of our branded exercise books, created to empower young minds through education.
Our team travelled nearly 200 km to Agarapatana Tamil Vidyalaya in Agarapatana, Nuwara Eliya District, in the Central Province, an interior tea estate community in Sri Lanka’s hill country, to support 650 students with resources that inspire learning and hope.
This special outreach included:
* Over 4,000 branded exercise books for students
* A Smartboard to create a modern, interactive classroom (our 13th Smartboard donation)
* A hot meal for every child, making the day that the entire school will never forget
Despite the long, winding hill-country journey, the mission remained simple, to uplift, encourage, and invest in the future of these children.
With a total project value of Rs. 1,500,000, this initiative reflects what compassion in action can achieve.
But this is only the beginning.

The Prophet Jerome Fernando Ministries Charity Foundation continues its heartfelt mission of empowering lives through love and action.
Every Saturday, the Foundation facilitates conducting a special programme at the Divine Care Special Needs Home, dedicated to supporting and uplifting special needs children.
Through structured training in essential life skills and culinary skills, these incredible children are given the opportunity to build confidence, develop independence, and discover their unique abilities. Life skills are not just lessons — they are tools for dignity, self-sufficiency, and a brighter future.
The Foundation firmly believes that every child, regardless of their challenges, deserves access to learning opportunities that empower them to thrive.

Compassion in action – Ditwah Flood Relief
The Prophet Jerome Fernando Charity Foundation shared love and care through a timely donation of essential supplies at the Christopher Maithri Therapy Centre in Mattakkuliya, Sri Lanka, dedicated to children with special needs and differently-abled abilities.
Our outreach also included visiting children’s homes, and concluded with the distribution of clothing to displaced families in Kadhiranawatte—a reminder that true giving is about presence, dignity, and hope. Each item of clothing each pack of rations made the victims feel that they are not alone.

At our free health camp in Mulleriyawa–Angoda, Sri Lanka, we provided the necessary supplies for a fresh start.
We provided families who had lost everything with cleaning equipment, detergents, toothpastes, brushes, soap, and clothing.
We will continue to rebuild our nation with love, lifting our brothers and sisters until they can stand strong once more. This is what compassion truly means, and this is why we give.
